What does house cleaning cost?

Standard Home Cleaning: $0.15 - $0.25 per sq. ft.

Deep Cleaning: $0.20 - $0.35 per sq. ft.

Commercial Cleaning: $0.10 - $0.20 per sq. ft.

Discounts apply to recurring cleaning schedules.

Do we provide the cleaning supplies?

We bring and use our own supplies unless you direct us otherwise. Our team is equipped with specialized cleaners safe for Cabinets, Hardwood, LVP, Laminate, Quartz, Granite, Stainless Steel, Gas & Glass Stovetops, Glass, and multi-surface bathrooms.

Do we offer recurring cleaning services?

Yes! We love setting up recurring services for our clients and offer tiered discounts based on your cleaning frequency. We also offer prepaid packages if you would like to purchase a batch of cleanings in advance. Specific discounts and terms are finalized in our Customer Client Agreements.

Do we clean apartments?

No space is too small or too large for our dedicated team! We clean everything from studio apartments to large, single-family homes. We also offer special rates for common-area cleaning in apartment buildings and complexes.

Do we provide move-in/move-out services?

Yes. When performing move-in or move-out cleanings, we ask that all personal belongings and furniture be completely removed, and all construction work be finalized before our arrival.

What areas do we service?

We service all of Rhode Island, Southern Massachusetts, & Eastern Connecticut

Do I need to be present at the property?

No, you do not need to be home for your cleaning. Our team of professional cleaners is fully vetted, insured, and trusted to clean using your key or lockbox instructions.

What equipment do we have?

Our professional kit includes: Brooms and dustpans, dry/wet mops, dual and single-bucket mop systems, industrial vacuums, small-area carpet and upholstery cleaners, battery operated shower and toilet brushes, extended-reach dusting wands, step ladders for tall ceilings/fixtures, and full PPE—including protective boot slips for our final walkthrough.

Do we have Insurance?

Yes! We are fully insured so you can have total peace of mind knowing that your property is fully protected in accordance with our insurance claim process.
