Welcome to Lighthouse Cleaning (www.lighthousecleaning.biz). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the professional residential and commercial cleaning services provided by Lighthouse Cleaning ("we," "our," or "us") in Warwick, RI, and surrounding areas.

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

 

 

Services & Pricing

​

Lighthouse Cleaning provides customized residential and commercial cleaning solutions. Base online quote ranges include:

​

  • Move In/Out Cleaning: Starting from $220

  • Showing Ready Cleaning: Starting from $180

  • Single Family Cleaning: Starting from $180

​

All initial online quotes or bookings are estimated based on standard property configurations and typical conditions. We reserve the right to adjust final pricing if the actual condition, size, or structural requirements of the property differ significantly from the details provided during booking.

 

 

Access to Property

​

To perform our services effectively, clients must provide safe access to the designated property at the scheduled time. This includes providing keys, entry codes, gate instructions, or ensuring a responsible adult is present to grant entry. If our cleaning team is locked out or unable to access the property within 20 minutes of arrival, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge a lockout fee up to the full amount of the scheduled service.

 

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. To avoid penalty, please notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a late cancellation fee.

 

 

Payment Terms

​

Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior billing arrangements have been formally established. We accept credit cards and standard electronic payments processed securely through our website (Powered and secured by Wix). By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all services rendered, including any late cancellation, lockout, or additional service fees.

 

 

Safety, Hazards, & Liability

Our teams are highly trained, but the safety of our staff and your property is paramount:

  • Chemical/Biological Hazards: We do not handle mold remediation, hoarding cleanup, or hazardous bodily fluids unless explicitly contracted under a specialized service agreement.

  • Valuables & Fragile Items: Clients are requested to secure highly fragile items, irreplaceable valuables, cash, or jewelry prior to our arrival. Lighthouse Cleaning is not liable for damage to items that are already unstable, broken, or improperly secured.

  • Accidental Damage: In the rare event of accidental damage caused by our staff, Lighthouse Cleaning must be notified within 24 hours of service completion. We are fully insured, and verified claims will be resolved in accordance with our insurance provider's policies.

 

 

Refund & Satisfaction Policy

We stand by our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with any area of your cleaning, please contact us at contact@lighthousecleaning.biz within 24 hours. We do not issue cash refunds, but we will gladly dispatch a team to re-clean the specific areas in question at no additional charge to you.

All content on www.lighthousecleaning.biz—including logos, text, graphics, and layout—is owned by or licensed to Lighthouse Cleaning and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any website content without our explicit written consent.

 

 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes must be filed in the courts of Kent County, Rhode Island.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised version will be posted immediately with a new "Effective Date." Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those modified terms.
